狩猟日和利用規約
この規約は、狩猟日和（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリの運営者は崎野 倫太郎（以下「運営者」）です。利用者は、この規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。
1. 使用許諾契約
本アプリの利用には、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。この規約と標準使用許諾契約の内容が食い違う場合は、標準使用許諾契約が優先します。
2. 料金
本アプリは無料です。広告と App 内課金はありません。
3. 本アプリの内容について
- 本アプリは、日本の狩猟の決まりを題材にしたゲームです。実際の狩猟を勧めるものではありません。
- 決まりの判定は鳥獣保護管理法などの法令と環境省の資料にもとづいていますが、遊びやすさのために単純にした部分があります。法令の解釈や実際の狩猟の判断に、本アプリの内容を使わないでください。
- 実際に狩猟をするには、狩猟免許、都道府県への狩猟者登録、銃を使う場合は公安委員会の所持許可が要ります。猟期・捕獲できる数・場所の決まりは都道府県ごとに異なります。
- 猟場・猟具・登場する人物や団体の名前は架空のものです。
4. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたって次の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公の秩序に反する行為
- 本アプリを改変・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブルする行為
- 本アプリまたは本アプリの画像・音などを、運営者の許可なく販売・再配布する行為
- 運営者または第三者に不利益や損害を与える行為
5. 素材
本アプリの一部の 3D モデルなどには、第三者がクリエイティブ・コモンズのライセンスで公開している素材を使っています。出典はアプリの中に記載しています。
6. 免責
- 運営者は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、すべての端末で動作すること、利用者の目的に合うことを保証しません。
- 記録などのデータは利用者の端末の中だけに保存されます。端末の故障・紛失・機種変更・本アプリの削除などで失われたデータを、運営者は復元できません。
- 運営者は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
- 本アプリの利用によって利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
7. 健康上の注意
長い時間続けて遊ばず、適度に休憩してください。遊んでいて体調が悪くなったときは、すぐに利用をやめてください。
8. 規約の変更
運営者は、必要に応じてこの規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。
9. 準拠法と管轄
この規約は日本法に従って解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use (English)
These terms govern your use of Shuryo Biyori ("the app"), operated by Rintaro Sakino ("we"). If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. License
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. If these terms conflict with it, the Apple agreement prevails.
2. Price
The app is free. It has no ads and no in-app purchases.
3. About the content
The app is a game based on Japan's hunting rules. It does not encourage real hunting. Some rules are simplified for play, so do not rely on the app for legal interpretation or real hunting decisions. Real hunting in Japan requires a hunting license, hunter registration with the prefecture and, for guns, a firearm permit. Places, gear and organizations in the game are fictional.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not break the law, modify or reverse-engineer the app, resell or redistribute the app or its assets, or harm us or others.
5. Third-party assets
Some 3D models and other assets are used under Creative Commons licenses. Credits are listed in the app.
6. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the app is free of bugs or works on every device. Data is stored only on your device, and we cannot restore lost data. We may change or discontinue the app. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
